Book Direct and Save
We are big fans of Airbnb and VRBO. Our Fabulous Family Lake House can be booked on either of those sites (in fact we’ve added clickable links to our listing at each of these sites for your convenience), but booking directly with us will typically SAVE YOU HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS on a week long stay at the Fabulous Family Lake House. You can easily compare your DIRECT BOOKING SAVINGS by checking out our book direct prices against those charged by VRBO or Airbnb. VRBO and Airbnb calls the fees they charge you a “Service Fee.” You’ll see the VRBO and Airbnb Service Fees in any quote from VRBO or Airbnb. These Service Fees are paid directly to VRBO or Airbnb (owners don’t receive any portion of these fees). VRBO’s Service Fee typically adds 9% to the cost of your booking. Airbnb’s Service Fee typically will add just under 14.2% to the cost of your stay at our Fabulous Family Lake House.
If you find a lower nightly stay rate published for our Fabulous Family Lake House on either Airbnb or VRBO we’ll always match that lower price here and you’ll will eliminate the 9-14.2% service fee by booking direct.
